Ordering & Custom Prints
Absolutely. TrekHare offers custom sizing and material options for most images.
If you’re interested in a specific size, framing style, or print medium not listed in the store, please reach out through our Contact Form.
Each request is reviewed individually — we’ll confirm what’s possible through our professional print partner (White House Custom Colour) and provide a personalized quote before production.
Each TrekHare print is made to order through our professional print partner, ensuring exceptional quality from start to finish.
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days, after which printing and shipping take about 7–10 business days within the United States.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed for production, and another notification when it ships.
Because every piece is individually crafted, total delivery time is usually 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Every TrekHare print is professionally produced through our fine-art print partner, White House Custom Colour (WHCC) — a U.S.-based lab trusted by photographers and galleries worldwide.
Each image is printed to order using archival inks and museum-grade materials for long-term color stability and detail retention.
Depending on the artwork, TrekHare pieces are offered in a select range of premium mediums — including Fine Art Paper, Canvas Gallery Wraps, and limited Metal Prints and Wood Prints.
Each photograph is paired with the material that best complements its character and texture. Canvas Gallery Wraps are ready to hang straight from the box, while Fine Art Prints arrive flat or rolled, ready for professional framing.
If you’d like your artwork professionally framed before delivery, TrekHare can accommodate that through a custom order. Simply reach out through our Contact Form, and we’ll work with you to select a framing style and provide a personalized quote.
Every print is inspected for quality before shipment to ensure it reflects the clarity, tone, and depth intended for the final piece.
Each TrekHare print is professionally packaged and shipped directly from our fine-art print partner, White House Custom Colour (WHCC), to ensure safe delivery and exceptional presentation.
Fine Art Prints are shipped flat or rolled in archival packaging to protect against creasing and humidity during transit. These arrive unframed, ready for your preferred matting and frame style.
Canvas Gallery Wraps and Metal Prints are carefully boxed with corner guards and protective padding, ready to display straight from the box.
All orders ship directly to the customer to maintain shipping quality and minimize handling. TrekHare does not maintain physical inventory — each piece is made to order for the specific buyer.
If you’d like your artwork professionally framed before shipping, TrekHare can accommodate that through a custom order. Simply reach out through our Contact Form, and we’ll coordinate the framing options and provide a personalized quote.
At this time, TrekHare ships to addresses within the United States only.
Because each piece is produced and shipped directly through our professional print partner, we currently limit fulfillment to U.S. destinations to ensure consistent quality, shipping reliability, and compliance with tax requirements.
If you’re outside the U.S., please reach out through our Contact Form to discuss potential international shipping options.
Because each TrekHare print is individually made to order, all sales are considered final.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Form or by emailing sales@trekhare.com.
We may request a few photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and coordinate a replacement.
Replacements are provided at no additional cost when damage or defects occur during production or shipping. Refunds may be considered in special circumstances if a suitable replacement cannot be provided.
Our goal is to ensure every TrekHare piece arrives in perfect condition and reflects the quality you expect.

About TrekHare
TrekHare photographs are captured using the Canon EOS R7, a professional mirrorless system known for its precision, color accuracy, and dynamic range.
Our work features Canon’s RF-series lenses, including the RF 10–18 mm, RF 18–150 mm, RF 100–400 mm, RF 200–800 mm, and the RF 800 mm — allowing us to photograph everything from expansive landscapes to distant wildlife with clarity and tonal depth.
Each image is composed and refined to preserve the natural balance of light, color, and texture found in the original scene. While professional equipment helps capture the shot, it’s the patience, timing, and story behind each moment that define TrekHare’s work.
While TrekHare’s primary focus is fine-art photography and professional print sales, we also continue to photograph purely for hobby, practice, and personal reflection.
Not every image is created to be sold — many are captured simply to study light, explore new perspectives, or preserve a moment for ourselves. On most trips, we return with thousands of photographs, but only a small number are carefully selected, edited, and released for sale through TrekHare.
This process keeps our collection authentic and meaningful. Every print we offer represents the best of what we experience, while countless other images remain part of our creative growth and family memories.
TrekHare originally began as a social media project focused on travel — sharing experiences, destination reviews, and photography from the road to help others plan their own adventures.
Over time, the focus shifted toward the art itself. What started as a passion for exploration and storytelling naturally evolved into a fine-art photography brand.
TrekHare remains a family-driven project at its core — a way for us to travel together, work together, and experience the world as a family. Every photograph represents not just a place, but a shared moment and memory behind the lens.
While TrekHare now specializes in professional print sales, we still approach every photograph with the same curiosity and enjoyment that inspired the project from the beginning. The love of travel, nature, and discovery remains at the heart of every image we capture.
TrekHare does not offer custom photo shoots, private sessions, or event photography at this time.
Our focus remains on fine-art and travel photography — capturing natural environments, landscapes, and moments that reflect TrekHare’s creative vision.
We are, however, open to collaborations and partnerships that align with our mission of exploration, storytelling, and appreciation of the natural world.
If you’re interested in working together, please reach out through our Contact Form with details about your project or proposal.
TrekHare photography reflects years of travel across the United States and abroad, capturing the beauty, contrast, and stillness found in every landscape.
Our work features scenes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Devils Tower, the Colorado high country, the South Dakota Badlands, and the volcanic coastlines of Hawaii — along with select international destinations such as Bora Bora and Germany’s historic countryside.
Each photograph represents more than a location — it’s a moment experienced, a light remembered, and a story preserved. From mountain summits to quiet shorelines, every TrekHare image is created to share the feeling of being there.
